Airtell nih makin bikin darah aku menggelegak!!!
Banyak canteq ko...Telan duet aku ikut sedap ngko aje..
Hari tu, aku topup 249 plus 14( untuk dapatkan rate 3 rupee/minit)..
Petang tu jugak habeh duet aku.
Hari semalam aku top up lagi 100 rupee,
Hari ni aku call 123 (sebab Samsung susah nak kuarkan message baki) ,
Baki aku tinggal 54 rupee!!! WtH???
Aku Google tengok2,ada ramai lagi mangsa penipuan Airtell.
Ini apa yang pihak Airtell kata:
" We would like to confirm you that we have checked your account details in our system and found that the charges deducted for call usage and Mobile office browsing charges as per our records.
Hence, we would like to inform you that there was no wrong deduction made to your account.
We would like to inform you that the Mobile Office browsing charge for every 50KB you will charged 30 paise.
Hence, we would like to inform you that there was no wrong deduction made to your account.
We request you to dial star*567# (Toll free) from your Airtel number to deactivate GPRS (mobile office) service. The service will be deactivated within 2 hours. After deactivation you will get a confirmation message. "
My Response :
1. NO wrong deduction?? Hello !!! You deduct 10-30 rupees every day from my account!!! That's a HUGE LIE man! I activated internet package separately with phone call acount. I activated the 98 rupee UNLIMITED pack. But, guys don't be fooled.when i went to Airtell office, that lady told me it was only upto 2GB data usage.If you exceed the data limit, you will be charged 30paise/Kb. I didn't even browse so frequently.It seems the internet connection is going on for 24/7. How the hell i know it happen. I wanted to manually stop the E bar on top of the phone,but no ONE seems to know how.
2. I called Airtell customer care 198 4 times. All they said was to delete Mobile Office settings from my phone.I searched like hell but didn't found anything like it in my Samsung GT-15801. Plus, one of them just hung up on me midway through the conversation. It seems like they received a lot of similar complaints and doesn't even bother to fix it up.
3.I dialled *567# and sent the second option for stopping the internet. I tried not once but TWICE ! Today, my account is still being deducted after sending STOP request. The services will be terminated after 2 hours? Don't think so.
4.Okayh, i`m trying to have a last resort.It seem writing complaint on a piece of paper will clear every misunderstanding and i can give a DETAILED info on my problem.Let us see how they handle this matter. Mari kita buat komplen.

Mari kita ramai-ramai serang Airtell. Aku nak tengok sejauh mana keberkesanan Customer care Airtell nih. Mana-mana company yang ada kaitan dengan telefon memang penipu. Dulu mak aku pun pernah kena dengan CELCOM, sampai seribu lebih sebulan. Penat naik turun office buat surat ,daftar sana sini,last-last mak aku tukar DIGI aje. Tukar terus nombor.Itu aja caranya.
5.Memang aku nak tukar.Tapi aku SAYANG dengan Nombor nih, dan aku malas nak message semua orang aku ada nombor baru. Jadi, aku akan try cari solutionnya after i finished my exams.
Tips untuk elak duet terbang lagi :
Change to Flight mode. Barulah bar internet tu hilang.
Selamat berjaya kepada semua pengguna Airtell.
